Hi, I’m Lance Oborn, a full-time Southern Utah real estate agent and Utah native. I work with both sellers and buyers across St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, and the greater Zion area — helping people make smart real estate moves with clarity, calm, and no pressure. When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually outside with my wife — hiking red rock trails, exploring backroads, and doing photography together. I’m also into Brazilian jiu jitsu, working on cars, experimenting in the kitchen, and keeping up with our high-energy Lab-Border Collie mix (while our cat quietly runs the household). We’re raising two awesome kids here and love the balance of adventure and peace this area offers. That love fuels my passion for helping others find their place here too.

Lance made it possible for us to have the keys to our new home in 9 days! He helped us find a great Home Inspector and Locksmith. Anything that we needed, he was able to help us with! He was always “there for us” throughout the whole process!
